-Can I rent The entire property at The Webb's Place?
Certainly! You will feel like you own the property for the entire weekend. Your wedding or special event will feel more like an entire weekend instead of just a quick event and its over. You have prepared for months or maybe years so why not make it more like a destination wedding or event. Come the day before your event and start decorating and then check in the house and/or cottage with your entire bridal party or out of town guest where you will be staying the night. Have your rehearsal dinner there or a special get together with the other host and it truly makes for alot less stress by having the event center decorated and ready to go for the big event.
But you are not obligated to rent the entire facility. If you’re seeking a smaller space on a Saturday night, we allow the rental of the Sunroom in the Main House or the Cottage can be rented as well. provided we are 60 days or less away from the event date.
-Can I have our rehearsal and a rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding ceremony?
Yes, with our top two wedding packages rehearsal and rehearsal dinner space with all the tables & chairs are included. We’ll work with you to schedule a rehearsal.
-What is a typical schedule of events for a wedding?
Rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, brunch the following morning, ceremony, cocktail hour (pre-reception), and reception
Friday morning, after check-in: Meet with your decorators to start decorating the Event Center for the reception. Some time after lunch start getting ready for your rehearsal. After the rehearsal go to your rehearsal dinner that is located on the property. After that go to bed and get a good night sleep.
Saturday morning: wake up and have a bridal brunch and start getting ready for your ceremony. After the ceremony, guests move to another area for a cocktail hour while the wedding party finishes pictures. The reception kicks off in the Event Center, with options for a grand entrance. The Webb's Place ensures a seamless flow from ceremony to reception celebration. After that you can go back to the houses and hopefully off to sleep and then off to your honeymoon destination.

-Do I need to hire a wedding coordinator or is that included in the price?
You can hire a event coordinators, or we can help guide you from the initial tour to the layout for your event. Set up of all the tables is included. If you’re interested in additional assistance with the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception, you can hire a coordinator to serve as the day of coordinator for an additional fee.

-I’ve selected a date! What is the next step?
After selecting your date, you’ll receive a contract and an invoice for a deposit. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, you’ll be added to our calendar and your date will be saved. A meeting with our Coordinator is scheduled one month prior to your event to discuss layout and the final payment will be due. The Webb's Place is committed to making your event seamless and stress-free.
